A note from Jane Meryll

I am a catalyst for change and a firm believer that this is not a race. Change should happen in your own time and in your own way.

Using meditation, I introduce individuals to the harmony of mindfulness, the soothing melody of quiet listening and the beautiful lyrics that materialize when you have a supportive mentor, like myself, by your side.  

It is in the pauses that we really hear the messages and guidance that we seek in our lives. Meditation helps individuals with:

Anxiety, confidence, depression, focus, growth, mindfulness, performance, presence, resilience, self love and stress.

I am here to help those who want to develop  tools, skills, techniques, and tricks to live a balanced and purposeful life.

You lead me with your inspiration and passion while I provide ongoing guidance and encouragement.  Together we work from the inside out.

My psychology, special education and anxiety management backgrounds come together to alleviate anxiety and provide empowering tools for kids of all ages and learning styles.
