As we enter the season of lights, feasting, and celebrations, I want to say thank you to all of you who keep opening, reading, and passing on Wednesday Wisdom. It has given me so much pleasure to share the teachings of mindfulness, meditation, and self-empowerment tools for less stress, harmony, and health. You have given me the gift of your presence and attention. You are my teachers. I am grateful.
My wish for each of us is that no matter what is going on around us, we can keep acceptance and grace in the foreground, negativity in the background, and use our tools for inspiration to carry on. We know how to fill our vessels with a little self-compassion, joy, lovingkindness and equanimity, especially when they feel elusive; one conscious breath at a time.
We can make the wise mindful decision to nurture the light we embody when we connect with the healing stillness of our meditation practices. It is a radical act of love attitude that allows us to give our light away. We change our world, one beam at a time.
“We give what we want to receive; we give with open hearts and no regrets.“
– Karen Cassanova, author
Wishing you a calm and peaceful holiday whatever you do or do not celebrate.
